Prayer Requests for December 07

  • Please pray for the people that comes for the story groups, that they will continue to have interest to listen to the bible stories.
  • The Christmas program that we will have in a village with local believers. Pray that it will be a special time as we remember Christ's birth.
  • Continue to pray for Eben's health.
  • God's provision for our support so that we can stay on until June 08.
  • Wisdom and strength for the ministy in Sanya, and protection as we travels there.

Our host, Fatu (lady in blue) and Yaxanal & children. These both ladies are the ones that have been giving us lunch.

Chronological Bible Story Group(2nd group)

This is our second story group which started in the beginning of November.

This story group started in September 07.
They are mostly women & children.
We have 6 women who are consistent in listening to the bible stories 2 times a week
(Wednesday & Saturday afternoon).

We now started to study the story of Jesus.

Clinic In Sanya


This clinic was build by our Korean team members, Jo & Mi Kim (nurse).
Before we have this clinic, Mi Kim use to consult patients in a small classroom.
The building was finished in June 2007.
The Kims now are on furlough so Foong Chan is managing the clinic at the moment.

Last 2 months, it was busy for us at the clinic especially with people sick from malaria.
Now, as the rainy season is over, there are not many patients.
Nowadays, we have sick people with colds, cough, diarrhoea, etc.

Our First Blog!
